Counterbalance Forklift Driver PM SHIFT

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Nether Heyford, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers looking for long‑term, consistent work.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (IN‑HOUSE ACCEPTED)
• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Clamp attachment experience beneficial
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Positive attitude and good communication

Job Details

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays: minimum 2 in every 4 weeks
• Shift: 13:00 – 22:00
• Immediate start
• Long‑term, ongoing work

Pay & Benefits

• £15.35 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely
• Moving stock, pallets, and materials
• Manual handling where required
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Using clamp attachments when needed
• Keeping work areas clean and safe
• Following all site procedures
