Location: Daventry
Pay: £13.12 per hour until 20:00, increasing to £16.13 per hour after 20:00
Shifts:

• 14:00–22:30, Monday to Friday

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Work

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established company in the Daventry area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT driver looking for stable, ongoing Monday-to-Friday work, with an enhanced rate for hours worked after 20:00.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored correctly and warehouse operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Loading, unloading and positioning goods
• Putting stock away into the correct locations
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the warehouse team to maintain an efficient operation
• Following all site health & safety procedures and FLT operating guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Valid accredited Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
• Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good awareness of health & safety
