Counterbalance Forklift Driver

The Best Connection are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to work day shifts for our busy client based in Waterlooville.

You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Collaborating with team members to ensure the operation runs smoothly during peak times
• Manual handling
• Unloading and loading containers and vehicles safely and efficiently
• Ensuring stock is unloaded and stored in the correct areas
• Performing routine inspections on equipment to ensure minimise risks
• Lifting heavy loads safely
• Following the health and safety procedure

What we are looking for:

• All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license
• Experience is preferred
• Understanding of the warehouse procedures and systems

Working hours are Monday - Friday, working on rotating shifts:

Week 1: 0530 - 1500

Week 2: 0730 - 1700

Pay rate is £13.70 per hour.
