Are you an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for a better work-life balance and a long-term opportunity?

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers, FLT Drivers and Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and busy warehouse team in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

With a Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 6am-4pm shift, you'll have every weekend off, while earning £15.47 per hour and £23.20 per hour for overtime after 38 hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a Temp-to-Perm position with a stable company and an experienced, supportive warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely.

  • Loading and unloading deliveries.

  • Moving and storing stock around the warehouse.

  • Loading, stacking and transporting goods.

  • Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately.

  • Supporting the wider warehouse team.

  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards.

  • Following all Health & Safety procedures.



Requirements

  • A valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent.

  • Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • A reliable and punctual approach.

  • Own transport - essential due to the location.
