Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland in Magor, South Wales.

This is an opportunity to support one of the world's largest breweries with deliveries in the run-up to Christmas. You'll work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and supporting the movement of stock and goods.

Key Duties

  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Move stock around the warehouse using the stock management system.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.




Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, refreshed within the last three years.

  • Double handler experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Reliable, hardworking and a team player.




Shift Pattern

  • 12-hour shifts.

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm.

  • Fifth day shift paid at £24.33 per hour.

  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday nights or Tuesday to Friday nights, 7pm-7am.

  • First 48 hours paid at £16.22 per hour.

  • Opportunity for overtime.

  • Paid breaks.
