We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools on a flexible basis, with opportunities available for both full-time and part-time work.

This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, teaching assistants looking to take the next step, or individuals with experience working with young people.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure students remain focused and engaged with their work.
• Support learning across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.

No planning or marking is typically required, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexibility while gaining valuable classroom experience.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged students or young people.
• Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Are confident leading groups of students independently.
• Are adaptable, professional, and proactive.
• Have a positive attitude and a passion for education.
• Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
