The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
- Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Encourage student participation and engagement
- Support students in completing classwork effectively
- Previous experience working in London secondary schools
- Confidence leading groups of young people
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, proactive, and professional approach
- Experience in theatre, sports coaching, performing arts, youth work, or similar transferable backgrounds is highly desirable
