Cover Supervisor – Norwich

We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Norwich. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students stay on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students to remain engaged and focused on learning
• Report any issues or concerns to relevant staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work etc.)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident, adaptable, and professional approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with secondary-aged students
