This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals who are confident managing classrooms and delivering pre-planned lessons during teacher absences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes across Key Stages 3–5
- Delivering pre-set lesson materials
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting students to remain engaged and on task
- Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
- Excellent experience for those considering teacher training
- Earn up to £300 in vouchers through our referral scheme
