R&A Education is recruiting confident, reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Gillingham, Medway and the surrounding Kent areas from September.

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Support Assistant, Graduate, Unqualified Teacher or someone with strong classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). If you can confidently manage a classroom, follow pre-prepared lesson plans and create a positive learning environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Experience working in a secondary school or education setting

• Confidence managing classrooms independently

• Strong behaviour management skills

• The ability to deliver lessons using pre-set lesson plans

• A reliable, professional and adaptable approach

• Experience supporting KS3 and/or KS4 students

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Support Assistant, Tutor, Graduate or Teacher is highly desirable.
