We are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work on a temporary, agency basis in secondary schools across Barnet.

The role:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence

  • Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based or similar)

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A flexible, professional attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
