We are looking for confident, professional and adaptable graduates who can lead a classroom, motivate students and help maintain a positive learning environment. Previous experience working in a school is highly desirable, and candidates with a background in education or working with young people are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes across a variety of subjects during teacher absences.
• Ensuring students complete pre-set work and remain on task.
• Maintaining effective classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
• Creating a safe, inclusive and productive learning environment.
• Supporting students throughout the school day and ensuring lessons run smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree qualification in any subject (essential).
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (ideally).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence managing secondary-aged pupils.
• A flexible, proactive and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
