As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. This full-time Cover Supervisor position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals.

Key Tasks:
- Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher to ensure continuity of learning.
- Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
- Ensure students complete assigned tasks set by the teacher across multiple subjects.
- Track, monitor, and report student progress or classroom issues to senior staff.

Requirements:
- Proven experience or relevant training as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or sports coach.
- Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
- Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
