Cover Supervisor – Full Time – Immediate Start Until End of Term

The successful Cover Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school by supervising classes during teacher absences. The role will involve delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain engaged in learning, and supporting the wider teaching team where required. The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar environment

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills

• Be confident supervising classes across a range of subjects

• Be organised, adaptable, and reliable

• Hold a degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)

• Be passionate about supporting students and creating positive learning experiences
