Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Swansea and surrounding areas
Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Swansea and the surrounding areas to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for a variety of upcoming opportunities.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term placements or longer-term assignments, we'd love to hear from you. As schools continue to recruit throughout the academic year, we're building a pool of talented Cover Supervisors ready to support our partner schools when vacancies arise.

As a Cover Supervisor, you may be responsible for:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Keeping students engaged and focused throughout lessons
• ️ Following the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff where required

✅ What you'll need:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• ‍ Excellent classroom management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, adaptable and flexible approach
• A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
