Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, a long-term placement, or your next permanent role, we have opportunities to suit you from September. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, maintain a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged throughout the school day. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those with experience working with young people.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• ✔️ Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school, youth work or similar setting
• ✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• ✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
• ✔️ Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• ✔️ A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
• ✔️ A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
