The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), maintaining excellent classroom behaviour, supporting student engagement, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people’s education and development
