Are you confident, organised, and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? Are you a Qualified Teacher looking for part-time/full-time role in secondary school environment?

Hathershaw Collee is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Qualified Cover Supervisors to support pupils and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
• Supporting pupils with their work and answering basic questions where appropriate
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
• Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team

• Do you have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting?
• Do you have a QTS (qualified teacher Status)? 
• Are you confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour?
• Do you have strong communication and organisational skills?
• Are you adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils?
• Do you bring enthusiasm and professionalism to your work?
