Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Delivery: Step in confidently to lead pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (ages 11–18), keeping learning on track and students engaged.

• Behaviour & Engagement: Proactively promote positive behaviour, maintain high expectations, and cultivate a safe, respectful learning space.

• Policy & Safeguarding: Uphold school policies and strict safeguarding protocols to ensure student welfare at all times.

• Student Support: Assist learners in understanding tasks, encouraging participation and celebrating student achievement.
