The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will support a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged with their work.

• Experience working with young people or in an educational setting (desirable).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A confident, calm, and professional approach.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider school or college team.
