As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on the work provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Following lesson plans and school instructions
• Maintaining strong classroom management and behaviour standards
• Supporting students with their learning
• Creating a positive and professional classroom environment
• Working across a range of secondary schools in Tower Hamlets
• Providing reliable and consistent support to schools

The ideal Cover Teacher will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Strong classroom management skills
• A confident and professional approach
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and situations
• A reliable and flexible approach to work

• £110 – £150 per day, depending on experience and role
