CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshal

Danny Sullivan Group is looking for an experienced CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal to join a major long-term construction project at RAF Brize Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work throughout 2026 and beyond, working on significant Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects at one of the UK's largest RAF stations.

• Role: CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal
• Location: RAF Brize Norton
• Rate: £14.80 - £15.33 per hour PAYE
• Working Pattern: 7 days on / 2 days off
• Pay: Weekly
• Duration: Long-term / ongoing

As a CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal , you will be responsible for safely managing vehicle and plant movements around the construction site.

Your duties will include:

• Marshalling vehicles entering, leaving and moving around site
• Directing HGVs, plant and deliveries safely
• Guiding vehicles and machinery into position
• Managing vehicle movements in busy and restricted areas
• Maintaining safe separation between pedestrians and vehicles
• Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site teams
• Monitoring site access and maintaining safe traffic routes
• Following site traffic management plans and procedures
• Identifying and reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses
• Supporting the wider site team when required
• Working in accordance with site, health & safety and MOD procedures

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Valid CPCS Traffic Marshal or NPORS with CSCS Logo
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal / Banksman on a construction, civil engineering or infrastructure site
• Experience working around HGVs, plant and construction machinery
• Good understanding of vehicle and pedestrian safety
• Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team

Experience on major construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects would be advantageous.

• £14.80 - £15.33 per hour PAYE

Due to the military environment, security and site clearance requirements may apply.

Successful candidates will be required to complete all necessary site, security and health & safety inductions before starting.

You may also be required to provide relevant qualifications, identification, right-to-work documentation and an email address as part of the onboarding process.

Additional security and onboarding requirements may apply in accordance with MOD site procedures.
