Traffic Marshal – Cambridge

BMSL Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction project in Cambridge. This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering stability and consistent hours.

Location: Cambridge (CB2)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 17:30
Duration: 2 years
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements:

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshal ticket

  • Safety Critical Medical (valid and in date)

  • Proven experience working on busy construction sites

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good understanding of site health & safety procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely directing site traffic and managing deliveries

  • Maintaining clear and secure pedestrian and vehicle routes

  • Communicating effectively with site operatives and delivery drivers

  • Supporting the site team with general duties when required
