We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a specialist service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, or Complex Care services to join a growing organisation and drive high standards of care, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the service
- Ensure CQC compliance and quality standards are maintained
- Manage, develop and support staff teams
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management and audits
- Manage budgets, rotas and service performance
- Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
Requirements
- Previous Registered Manager experience within Learning Disabilities, Supported Living or Complex Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience managing quality, compliance and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification desirable
