Crane Supervisor (A62) | Edinburgh | £25.00 per hour

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor / Slinger to take charge of lifting operations in Edinburgh. Working from the lift plan, you'll coordinate the crane operator and slinger/signallers to keep every lift safe, efficient and on schedule.

• Supervise day-to-day lifting operations in line with the lift plan and method statement
• Direct and communicate with crane operators, slingers and signallers
• Carry out slinging and signalling duties as required
• Make sure loads are correctly attached, balanced and rigged
• Check lifting accessories are in date and fit for use
• Enforce exclusion zones and site safety around the lift area
• Report progress and any issues to the site management team

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Valid CPCS Crane Supervisor (A62) card
• Proven experience supervising lifting operations
• Hands-on slinging and signalling experience
• Own PPE
• Right to work in the UK
• Contactable references from previous employment

Package & Benefits

• £25.00 per hour
• Ongoing 30-week contract, full-time and temporary
• Site hours 07:00–18:00
