Crane Supervisor - Glasgow

Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on a busy construction project.
  • Ensure lifts are planned and carried out safely in line with site procedures and regulations.
  • Supervise crane operations and lifting teams on site.
  • Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain clear communication with crane operators, slingers, and site management.
  • Monitor compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
  • Report any issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane/Lifting Supervisor ticket.
  • Previous experience supervising lifting operations on construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of lifting plans and health & safety regulations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Payment Details

  • Location: Glasgow
  • Payment Type: PAYE
  • Rate: £22.40 per hour
  • Pay Structure: Weekly Pay
  • Duration: Ongoing
