Credit Control Manager 

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team.

Duties:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team
• Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment processing
• Manage escalated debtor accounts and legal referrals
• Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Manage external debt collection agency relationships
• Drive process improvements and team efficiency
• Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Have managed a team of Credit Controllers  
• Good Excel knowledge/building KPI dashboards
• Lead by example 

Salary and additional information:

• £50,000 - £60,000 
• Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days work from home)
