Credit Controller - Liverpool
£Competitive | 6-Month FTC | Hybrid
We're currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join the Finance team of a leding firm based in Liverpool.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a supportive team and take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, helping to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients, Partners and internal teams.
- Resolving billing and payment queries.
- Monitoring aged debt and cash collection targets.
- Keeping finance systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the wider Finance team with reporting and projects.
- Managing and chasing outstanding client invoices.
Key Requirements and Experience
- 2+ years' Credit Control experience.
- Experience within legal or professional services.
- Confident communicating with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- VAT knowledge is essential.
