📍 Location: Bournemouth

💼 Job Type: Full Time, 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday,

Hybrid working: 2 days office / 3 days home

Salary: Competitive d.o.e

Adecco are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced and growing business based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong credit control background to take ownership of a customer ledger, drive cash collection performance, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect outstanding debt.
• Proactively chase overdue payments by phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Manage customer deductions and remittance advice processing.
• Monitor credit risk and support order release decisions.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Services and Finance teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Credit Control experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Confident managing customer relationships and difficult conversations.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. SAP experience is advantageous.
