Credit Controller in Rackheath, Norfolk

Atkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a high growth business in their search for a Credit Controller. Working as part of a talented and supportive team, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ownership of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
• Resolving customer queries via telephone and email
• Liaising customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances
• Monitoring aged debt reports and escalating high-risk accounts
• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Credit checks and supporting credit risk assessments
• Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
