Salary: £35,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established business in Ossett who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous credit control experience who is available immediately and looking for a role that could offer stability over the coming months. The Role
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
- Allocating and reconciling payments
- Resolving customer queries and account discrepancies
- Monitoring aged debt and reducing overdue balances
- Maintaining accurate customer records and providing updates to the wider finance team
- Previous experience within a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role
- Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
- Comfortable managing your own workload and prioritising outstanding debt
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Available to start at short notice
