What you'll be doing
- Managing customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Chasing overdue payments by phone and email
- Resolving account queries
- Producing reports and supporting cash flow management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional approach
- Good organisational skills
- Finance graduates welcome
- Previous finance experience beneficial but not essential
- Salary up to £32,000 (Dependant on experience)
