I'm working exclusively with a successful and growing financial services organisation that is looking to add a Credit Support Administrator to its friendly and supportive team.

What you'll be doing
As part of the Credit Support team, you'll play a key role in ensuring finance proposals are processed efficiently and accurately. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll support the credit process from initial administration through to completion while delivering an excellent service to customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing finance proposals ready for credit assessment
- Carrying out initial checks to ensure applications are complete and within company policy
- Completing credit searches and reviewing supporting information
- Liaising with internal teams regarding asset valuations and finance requests
- Supporting ongoing credit automation projects
- Identifying and escalating compliance or fraud concerns where required
- Processing amendments to live applications quickly and accurately
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Supporting wider administration teams when required
- Assisting with training and sharing knowledge across the team
What we're looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, banking, lending or a regulated environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prioritising a busy workload and meeting deadlines
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
