Expleo is looking for a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist to join our team and support a leading premium automotive client. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused marketing professional to help deliver strategic, data-driven communications across the full customer lifecycle.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in developing and activating personalised, omni-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, strengthen loyalty, and support a modern luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment with customer experience objectives.
  • Assist in the delivery of strategic omni-channel communication programmes across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Support the rollout of global CRM initiatives and best-practice campaign activation across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-led recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help optimise customer journeys and touchpoints to deliver more personalised customer experiences.
  • Ensure consistent and relevant communications across multiple customer channels.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign planning and activation.
  • Experience mapping and enhancing customer journeys.
  • Ability to use customer insights and data to drive engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and present clear recommendations.
  • Experience delivering personalised customer communications at scale.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners.
