We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Lead to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors, delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically advanced mission-critical projects. You will lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) team, ensuring the successful delivery of all CSA works from design through to project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Manage project budgets, labour resources, programme delivery, and overall project performance.
• Develop and implement project plans, reporting systems, and construction programmes.
• Coordinate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and project management teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and mentor CSA Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Drive QA/QC standards across all CSA activities.
• Promote and enforce a strong Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) culture.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, and Commissioning teams.
• Manage technical issues, design coordination, and construction sequencing.
• Produce regular progress reports and attend project, planning, and client meetings.
• Support project commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a CSA Lead or Senior CSA Management role.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable.
