This Main Contracting client are looking to appoint CSA Managers to be based in Belgium (mons)  for this new project. 

Ideally the client is after characters that have worked on Mission Critical facilities in a CSA capacity. 

Project valued at €200 Million + 

• Tier 1 European Client
• Strong Foothold across the DC Space
• Reporting into a first class Project Director

Can you plan, problem solve and drive production. Can you remove any hurdles & obstacles on site to ensure the critical path is on.

What our client wants to see:

• Clear and evident construction training & education
• Clear leadership as a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager 
• Solid experience of design coordination, method statements, managing sub-contractors, quality management
• Career history that shows stability and project handovers 
• Ability to relocate and start on site before the 1st of September 2026 absolute latest
• Ideally EU Passport holders 
• Must have EU Data center experience 
• Clear research on Belgium - NSR Associates will ask you pro0bing questions so be prepared please,
