Location: Camberley, Surrey
Rate: £425–£475 per day DOE
Start Date: 1 October 2026

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager with proven data centre experience for a major data centre project in Camberley.
The role will take responsibility for the internal CSA and architectural fit-out packages rather than the external shell or structural works. Key packages will include screeding, raised/suspended flooring, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows.
You will manage subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and coordination with MEP teams through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of internal CSA and architectural packages
- Oversee screeding and floor preparation
- Manage raised and suspended flooring installation
- Oversee partition walls and white wall systems
- Manage ceiling packages
- Coordinate doors, frames, ironmongery and windows
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
- Coordinate closely with mechanical and electrical teams
- Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and technical information
- Monitor progress and resolve programme or interface issues
- Maintain QA/QC standards throughout delivery
- Manage inspections, snagging, defects and close-out
- Attend project and coordination meetings
- Report progress to the senior project team
- Manage packages through to completion and handover
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager, Construction Manager or Package Manager on data centre projects
- Previous data centre experience is essential
- Strong experience managing internal CSA and architectural fit-out packages
- Good knowledge of screeding, raised/suspended flooring, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages
- Strong understanding of programme, sequencing and coordination
- Experience coordinating CSA works alongside MEP installations within data centre environments
- Good understanding of QA/QC, snagging, defects and handover
- Strong communication and site management skills
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- Appropriate CSCS card
- Relevant construction or project management qualification preferred
- First Aid advantageous
