Our client, a leading company in the energy and data centre sector, is currently seeking a CSA Project Manager to join their team in Sweden.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities across the wider project team.
  • Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with planners, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, including progress monitoring, resource planning, and coordination meetings.
  • Ensure all subcontractor and safety documentation is maintained and kept current.
  • Chair and attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and handover meetings.
  • Liaise with design teams to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability.
  • Drive a strong health and safety culture across the project.
  • Manage project variations, budgets, and commercial performance in conjunction with the commercial team.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Manage CSA snagging, commissioning support, and project close-out activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues proactively.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within the CSA construction sector, including significant project management experience.
  • Strong track record managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs, and variations.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSA construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects to demanding deadlines.
  • Previous experience within data centre, industrial, or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
