CSA Quantity Surveyor

We are working with our client on an exciting contract opportunity for a CSA Quantity Surveyor to support a major data centre build and fitout in Sweden. Joining our client's team on a hybrid basis, you'll work to a structured rotation of three weeks on-site followed by one week off, playing a pivotal role in the civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) elements of the fitout phase.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Fitout Experience - Proven background managing cost and commercial aspects during building fitout phases, ensuring works are delivered to specification, budget, and schedule.
- CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) - Strong understanding of CSA works, enabling you to oversee tender documentation, valuations, and payments related to these disciplines.
- Data Centre Projects - Experience in data centres or similar highly serviced environments, allowing you to navigate the complexity and pace of mission-critical construction.
- Quantity Surveying - Expertise in cost planning, budget monitoring, tracking variations, and contract administration to rigorously manage commercial performance.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to interpret cost data, identify risks and opportunities, and produce accurate financial reports.
- Organisational Skills - Skilled at managing documentation, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders across a dynamic project environment.
- Collaborative Working - Comfortable working independently and as part of our client's wider project team alongside project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
