CSCS Groundworker – Lambeth

Lonsite are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.

Applicants must live in Lambeth.

Location: Lambeth, London
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available

The role will involve:

• Carrying out general groundworks duties on site
• Drainage, ducting, kerbing and paving
• Concreting and basic finishing works
• Excavation and preparation works
• Assisting with site set-up and general civils duties
• Working safely around plant and machinery
• Following all site health and safety procedures

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card
• Relevant Groundworks NVQ
• Previous experience working as a Groundworker
• Previous civils experience
• Experience with drainage, kerbing, paving and concreting
• Own hand tools
• Live in Lambeth
• Ability to provide 2 recent working references
