Role & Responsibilities
- Carrying out general snagging and finishing works.
- Basic carpentry tasks
- Making good works such as patching, filling, and minor repairs.
- Installing site fixtures and fittings.
- Assisting site management with day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting trades where required to maintain site progress.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Ability to work independently and from site instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Good timekeeping and reliability.
