What You Will Do as CTG Designer:

 

  • Lead end-to-end Colour, Trim, & Graphics (CTG) design for all projects, from early concept through to production handover
  • Collaborate with Product Strategy, Industrial Design, and Brand teams to ensure every CTG Designer deliverable aligns with the project vision
  • Translate CMF strategy into creative, technically feasible solutions for both vehicles and genuine motorcycle accessories.
  • Conduct advanced CMF trend research and forecast future directions, turning insights into clear recommendations for the design team.
  • Build 1:1 CTG concept vehicles for stakeholder approval, ensuring a strong visual and emotional connection to the final product.

 

What You Will Bring as CTG Designer:

 

  • Proven experience in CTG Designer work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating colour, surface treatment, and graphic storytelling.
  • Confident collaboration skills, able to partner with product managers, engineers, and suppliers while keeping design intent consistent.
  • Ability to conduct CMF research, interpret trends, and maintain a structured material library to support ongoing innovation.
  • Strong judgement and attention to detail, balancing creative direction with production practicality.
  • Clear communication through presentations and documentation, helping stakeholders approve creative directions with confidence
