The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Custody Client Service Change Management Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Service team by generating insights that facilitate informed decision-making. This position focuses on nurturing both internal and external client relationships, ensuring the delivery of superior service to a growing client base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying internal process opportunities and employing LEAN principles to enhance efficiency within the organisation.
• Delivering enhancements and projects that align with departmental strategy.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, tracking deliverables effectively.
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to bolster operational efficiencies.
• Assisting team members consistently to ensure proactive and unparalleled service to clients.
• Upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and client service across the global GFS business.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong requirement for experience in building macros.
• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence change and best practises.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by report-writing capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to engage with partners and clients at all levels.
• A strong team player attitude and a positive, 'can do' mindset.
• A keen interest in working on projects aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.
