  • Introduce the company's services to prospective customers.
  • Support customer presentations, proposals and account reviews.
  • Work alongside the wider Sales team to identify opportunities for additional services.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Take ownership of day-to-day social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create engaging and professional content aligned with the company's brand.
  • Plan and schedule content using the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Create digital graphics and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate photography and video content.
  • Support newsletters, email campaigns, case studies and promotional activity.
  • Create content showcasing projects, tours, events, customers and company achievements.
  • Monitor engagement and digital performance.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity and bring forward new content ideas.

You'll work closely with senior members of the Sales & Marketing team, who will provide direction on the wider strategy, while you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of turning that strategy into engaging day-to-day marketing activity.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, commercially aware and confident dealing with customers, with a genuine interest in marketing and digital content.

You may currently be working in sales, account management, customer service, marketing, social media, communications or business development.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience creating social media or digital content.
  • Confidence using LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Instagram.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
