Customer Account Manager

CDM Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a successful and established business in Dublin. This is a high-volume inbound customer service and order-processing position offering long-term stability, training and development within a supportive office-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and email enquiries.

Process customer orders and specifications accurately.

Build professional relationships with customers and provide a high standard of service.

Resolve queries proactively and identify appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate customer and order data.

Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, customer sales or high-volume inbound call experience.

Excellent telephone and written communication skills.

Strong data-input accuracy and computer literacy.

Good organisation, time management and prioritisation.

A genuine customer-focused approach.

Cable/electrical experience is advantageous but relevant transferable experience will be considered.

Package & Benefits

38.75 hours per week, Monday-Friday with no weekends.

Full-time, office-based position.

22 days' annual leave plus Irish public holidays, increasing to 25 days with service.
