Construo Recruitment is working with a leading telecoms provider to recruit a Partner Success Executive. This role blends account management and customer support, focused on helping channel partners succeed with hosted voice and connectivity solutions.
This is a non-targeted, relationship-led role, supporting partners who generate their own sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of channel partners
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor orders, tickets, and provisioning workflows
- Provide performance insights and identify growth opportunities
- Support onboarding and ongoing partner success
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in telecoms, VoIP, or connectivity support
- Background in account management or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver product demos (desirable)
