The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, supporting existing accounts, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

You will be dealing with a high volume of inbound calls and emails, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
