The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded B2B Customer Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of up to 100 trade business clients enrolled in our academy programmes. This is a client-facing role combining account management, customer success, and revenue growth, ensuring clients stay engaged, achieve results, and invest in the services they need to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
  • Track customer performance, support their progress, and hold them accountable to achieve consistent business results
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant in-house services including marketing, recruitment, funding, and CRM solutions
  • Drive attendance at training events and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention
  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, to ensure smooth billing processes and timely payments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Commercially aware, with experience in upselling and managing client pipelines
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple accounts
  • Background in construction, trades, or coaching/education is advantageous
