What You'll Be Doing


  • Manage and grow customer relationships across our nationwide portfolio, identifying opportunities for additional works and contract expansion.
  • Oversee contract delivery and performance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations while maintaining service and budgetary targets.
  • Lead coordination between the M&E delivery team, business development, and senior management to prospect for new opportunities, support bids, and mobilise new contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for contract-related matters, conducting customer service reviews and resolving operational, commercial, and contractual issues.
  • Monitor contract performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports on status, risks, and P&L to senior management.
  • Develop and implement customer management processes and best practices, working collaboratively with legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts in consultation with your team, tracking performance against £2m contract worth and £250k revenue targets.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations, promoting sustainable waste management solutions.



What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in contract or customer management, ideally within field service engineering or related industries.
  • Advanced relationship management and communication skills with proven ability to build strong networks at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with the capability to lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in financial management and contract law.
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex contracts simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety requirements and duty of care in operations.
  • Proficiency in contract management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
