What you'll do:
- Support customers with investment and stockbroking account queries
- Resolve complex enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
- Investigate account issues and provide first-contact resolution
- Maintain accurate records and follow banking regulations
What we're looking for:
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Financial services, banking or insurance experience desirable

🕒 Rotating shifts between 8am-9pm (7-hour shifts)
🏢 First 8 weeks office-based, then hybrid
